'I have found my Mentee to be very motivated once we had discussed and agreed on her goal for the programme.  The amount of research done in support of her goal was quite impressive and showed the energy and drive that she possesses.  I play the role of a sounding board and share my experiences which are relevant, and remind and nudge her just a little.  Protégé as a whole has been well-designed and thought through, starting with a fun matching process, and includes regular touch points for all participants.  These serve as useful sessions to help equip Mentors and Mentees for the programme, also as milestones to track progress and lastly, and perhaps most importantly, as important networking sessions.'
