Radhika is a Regional HR Business partner with experience across Compensation and Benefits, Talent Management, HR Operations, Salary Administration, Payroll Management, Performance Management, Employee Relations, Office Administration, and Contract Management for 12 sales affilitates in Asia. She is CEI certified, with excellent knowledge of Singapore employment regulations and legislation.
Radhika is also well versed with employment laws across the region and has extensive experience in process optimization, policy formulation developing SOPs. As project lead and internal trainer she played a key role in SAP-HR module implementation across offices in South East Asia.
